Soccer stars

Jordan was introduced to soccer a few years ago through a program called Soccer Shots that came to his daycare and he did like it, but we didn't want to sign him up for anything formal yet until the fall when he turned 5. Mainly because we didn't care and also because we didn't want to spend the money and have him give us grief and not want to do it!

A Dad of Jordan's friend, Nettie, from school was coaching a team so Jay volunteered to assistant coach with him - the first of many kid coaching assignments he'll have in his life I'm sure. The kids had a blast. Some practices were good an others were not because he was with school friends and they would mess around, but most games went really really well and I was impressed at how focused he was and how many goals he would actually score. He, Bobby and Nettie showed incredible improvement and were the better players in every game. Go little soccer stars.
