This Thanksgiving we flew up to Boston to stay with Yia Yia and Papou. They had prepared for Jordan’s visit and had a whole box of his favorites toys including TOOLS! Jordan wakes up in the morning thinking and talking about hammers, trucks, ladders, saws, basically all things related to tools and building. It’s almost impossible to get him to change the subject. Papou had built him a box house that he would have happily worked on with his tools all day long if they didn’t have a lot of fun outings planned. They went to the park, to the zoo and the aquarium. Aunt Kelly organized a trip for all of us to go to Edaville Railroad to see the holiday decorations and sit on Santa’s lap. Kyle and Jordan happily stood in line, but when the time came to actually sit on Santa’s lap this is what went down:
