This holiday weekend we were very busy moving into our new home (photos to come) so we enjoyed a casual, low-key Thanksgiving meal at Dee Dee and Papi's apartment. We kept with our tradition of running the Alexandria 5 Mile Turkey Trot and after were shockingly able to find soap to shower with and nice clothes.
The cousins loved seeing each other and whenever they are together Papi calls them J-Crew. Jordan and Jack ate every bite of their turkey dinner and had a blast playing and roughhousing the rest of the night. At one point, we even had a dance party…Uncle Mark hopes he passed on his sweet dancing skills to Jack. Jordan’s move is to close his eyes and do this side-to-side head sway so we nicknamed it 'The Stevie'. The night winded down with pumpkin pie, bottles and soothing educational videos.
