The only thing that stopped Drew from climbing all over everything on the flight was keeping him busy with snacks. They did OK on the going up, but I'm thankful it's a short flight because they are too loud and energetic to be on a plane.
NYE night old friends of ours, the Downings came down to party with us. They have two wonderfully well behaved girls named Sarah and Abby who are really nice about playing with the little guys. The kids had a blast and were in bed by 10pm. Too bad we didn't get a shot of the adults, but it was all very tame and nothing like how we used to roll.
Adam and Kelly built an awesome home in Duxbury, MA that backs up to a cranberry bog so it's a really peaceful view. A huge storm blew in and we ended up all being snowed in for 3 days, but the place is so big it never felt crowded.
Yia Yia and Papou were so happy to have them all together and much fun was had. They have a big playroom next to the kitchen so the set-up works for keeping young kids entertained. And when they needed to go crazy, they headed to the basement where Kyle has floor hockey set-up.
It was honestly so cold and awful that we could barely go outside. This photo of Jordan and Kyle with the snowball makers is great, but within 10 minutes they were both crying and freezing. Jordan said to me "the snow is hurting my face Mom!"
Here we are all cleaned up at Kristen's wedding. It was in New Hampshire so Jordan and Drew were picked up by Dee Dee and Papa who were home at the Cape and could take care of them. Kyle and Austin went to their Nana and Papa's and we got to have a nice break for the night - sorry kids.
Logan airport. A place these boys will spend a good amount of time in their future.
